相当量とパクリタキセル又はドセタキセルとの併用投与は医学薬学上公知と判断可能と考
える。安全性について、カルボプラチン AUC 5～6 mg・min/mL 相当量での投与は、本邦に
おいて乳癌等に対して承認されていることから、日本人における一定の安全性情報が蓄積
されており、忍容可能と考える。したがって、現時点で追加すべき試験又は調査はないと
考える。
