2. 研究班事例報告：精密検査受診支援ナースナビゲーション
大腸がん検診におけるナースナビゲーションの応用として、水戸市において過去 2 年間に大腸
がん検診未受診であった 60 歳代の一部の住民を対象に、便潜血検査キットの送付・回収と便潜
血検査陽性者には看護師による受診勧奨を含むプログラム介入を試みた。プログラム内容は、研
究説明書に同封した大腸がん検診に関するリーフレットよる教育・受診勧奨と便潜血検査郵送（配
布・回収）１日法による利便性の向上など複数の戦略を組み合わせた。郵送法を用いることで、便
潜血検査キット回収率が 95%を上回った（図 1）。
