➢ The White Paper on Measures to Prevent Karoshi, etc. is a statutory white paper to be reported to the Diet based on the Act
Promoting Measures to Prevent Death and Injury from Overwork. The 2022 edition is the 7th in the series (Cabinet decision
and the Diet report).
➢ Key Points of the 2022 White Paper
・ In addition to the relationship between working hours and sleeping hours, the White Paper includes the results of a survey
and analysis of the effects of telework, a new work style and the COVID-19 pandemic, based on the "Outline of Measures to
Prevent Death and Injury from Overwork" (Cabinet Decision on July 30, 2021).
