③ 今後の展望
腸チフス、パラチフスは抗菌薬治療が必須であり、治療に有効な薬剤を適切に選択するためにも継続的な
動向調査の実施が必要である。細菌性赤痢ではキノロン等の一般に使用される薬剤への耐性率が高く、抗菌
薬を投与しても再発の可能性があり、国内での感染拡大の可能性もあることから、注意が必要である。
