その他の介入
海外ではＩＴを用いて抑うつのスクリーニングを行ってケアにつなげたり 12）、看護師などが精神
科医のスーパービジョンを受けながらスクリーニング、ケースマネジメント、投薬、簡易カウンセ
リングなどを行う協働的ケア（collaborative care）を用いたりして 13）14）、抑うつの系統的な検出と
対応を行う有用性が実証されている。
